P&ID of Ultrafiltration

Dear all Good day kindly note that I need someone to make the P&ID of Ultrafiltration for me Ultrafiltration The input will be sea water from Indian ( The flow rate is 24000 m3/h this is the input and the the output to RO is 22113 m3/h and to West stream is 1664.358 m3 /h ) I have to remove TSS which is input 13 ppm in steam 5 and the output there are steam 7 to RO ( permeate ) and stream 6 ( retentate) so we have to remove all tss to have just ( Na , cl , ca , h2o , mg ) to RO We need to outline the name of equipment they use , to describe the process of ALL the equipment’s and how everything work ( process description ) I need also to show the start up and shutdown procedure ( start up procedure , shut down procedure,CIP procedure and operation philosophy ) Some on the main important alarm - Alarm - Valves - Control ( to control the follow in units ) - Please add any equipment that is related and have a functions I need to show how the water will move inside my P&ID And what is the pressure in each equipment. I need to show cost and size length of each equipments Normally we can get some of the information from the suppliers Thanks. Amar.
