I would like to hire an Engineer

We are still looking for someone who can develop a new add-on for our brand. The add-on is a electronic lock system for clothes (bra, jeans and so on). Must have: This lock system must have electronic components to activation / deactivation (armed / disarmed). We prefer: The lock system must have a bluetooth and a NFC functionality to work with our mobile smartphone app. The lock need a cartridge which makes a depressurisation when it is open before deactivating (disarmed) the system. The system need to have maximum sizes of: height x width x depth 3.00 x 6.00 x 2.00 cm Better: height x width x depth 2.00 x 4.00 x 1.00 cm or 2.50 x 5.00 x 1.50 cm We prefered looking for someone who can provide: 1. Engineering inclusive drawings 2. Manufacturer plans / pattern
