We are a small web development and graphic design business in need of new sales. We are looking to meet a quota of $1000 or more in sales every week. Do not bid on this project if you are unable to generate that amount in sales, about 1-2 sales per week. Our websites sell for an average $750 depending on the business could be more or less. We are mainly looking for web development projects currently. If you do sell a graphic design project that is okay as well. We would like you to focus on one or the other though. You will be compensated hourly and we will tack on extra money if you sell over the quota, anything over $1000. Our pay formula goes as follows for all sales team members: ((Hourly Rate)*(Hours Worked))+(((Amount in sales)-1000)*(Commissions Rate))=(Total Payout) Heres an example of this in action: ($15*40)+(($2500-$1000)*15%)=$825 The reason we use this formula is to encourage you to make more sales... $825 is much better than just $600 or if you worked at $15 per hour for 40 hours, that's $225 in just commissions! We need someone who is able to meet the following requirements: 1) Generate Leads 2) Maintain a positive relationship with the client 3) Explain our products and services 4) Start the sales process 5) Close the sale via Square Invoicing
