Transcribe interview audio files

The Project: Audio recordings of several interviews are to be transcribed. The interviews were conducted as part of doctoral research. The total audio is about 15 hours worth. A confidentiality agreement would need to be signed, as the interviews have been recorded on condition of anonymity. The transcription needs to be done in a professional and thorough way. All relevant aspects of the conversation are to be captured in their entirety. The initial project would be for about 2-3 hours worth of transcription. If the quality is good, a new project would be created for the remaining portion. The timeline for the entire project is about one week. It is expected that the initial project (2-3 hours worth of transcription) would be done in a day or two at most. The Bidder: The bidder should have prior experience with transcription. They should also have a fast typing speed and should be very good in English. The Bid: In your bid please make sure to mention the following: 1. Your prior experience with transcription. 2. The timeframe within which you would be able to deliver. Please make separate commitments for the initial and the final project. 3. Bidding rate should be per minute of audio. Please ensure that you justify your rate and any deviations in charge method if you place a bid with some other method. 4. What would be the mode of payment? I prefer milestone based. 5. Mention the software you plan to use to complete this project. 6. How would you ensure confidentiality of the audio? 7. Finally, a 20-second audio file is attached.
