Video Transcription and Subtitling

I am looking for freelancers experienced in transcription, who are able to transcribe videos extremely accurately and provide the finished file in a format suitable for subtitling. You should provide both an .srt and a .doc or .txt file. (Time-stamps appropriate for subtitling and .srt files required.) A small 3-minute test will be required from all applicants and those with good reviews on the site will be preferred. Sentence structures, grammar, spelling, etc. must be good, as well as accuracy in the transcription. This is for a very big potential project, which will entail transcription of videos which are in English, as well as a number of videos which are in Turkish. No translation is required - only transcription. Applicants who are native in either of the two languages should apply. Applicants should state their native language, rate per minute and daily capacity, in their application. You will be required to deliver work on a daily basis, Monday - Friday, throughout the term of the project (delivery of half-finished video files will be accepted, and you can continue with the respective video on the next day). I am looking for a minimum of 2 freelancers in each language, who I will be able to work with on an ongoing basis, as there will be a continuous flow of work. The initial potential project is around 280 hours of videos. Please submit your best price.
