Production and distribution of event promotional materials, entry forms 2. Huge amount of face to face and telephone marketing to attract participants 3. Develop events sponsorship proposals and promotional materials 4. Solicit and obtain sponsors, vendors and gifts 5. Assist in the planning, preparation, and presentation of sponsorship and operational logistical meetings 6. Assist in the execution of all events of the Creativeshowz 7 Work with the event coordinators of the team to ensure that their requirements for the event are met 8.
