MS Access Ticket/Tracking

I am needing a MS Access database that allows me to keep track of tickets. I know there are a lot of ticketing systems out there, but this is a custom job. Below are the needed aspects. I would like this to be done in forms. so that it is neater to look at. I am not sure if all of this can be done via Access. If not, please advise. Ticket Type: -Single -Project Ticket Status: -Pending -Closed Primary Dashboard -Option to create new ticket -Option to input a ticket number and open that ticket -Ability to see all previous tickets either by all tickets, or single tickets only or project tickets only. -Ability to see tickets that are NOT in a closed state and are older than 1 day -Ability to see tickets that have not been updated in that last day New Ticket Options: -Ability to enter the date the ticket was created -Ability to insert your own ticket number -Ability to choose the ticket type (LAN, Email, HSS --Ticket options: -There needs to be a section where you can enter what type of access is being requested (see above for LAN,EMAIL, HSS). Then you need to have columns for the selections. -------If a user needs 1 group, there needs to be a column for the group, and a column for the approver. -------If a user needs sql access, there needs to be a column for the server, the database, and the type of access (db_datareader,db_datawriter,sp_execute, dbo, custom), as well as a column for the approver. -------If it is email, there needs there needs to be a column to put email, and a column for approver. -------There needs to be some sort of option to add multiple elements for each ticket. So if a user needs a group and sql access, I need the ability to add both to the single ticket. -------There needs to be some sort of option to show which requested pa COMPÉTENCES Excel | Microsoft Access | Visual Basic for Apps DESCRIPTION rt has been "approved". This can be a checkbox, or whatever works. -------There needs to be a worklog so what has been done can be put in this box. -I need the ability to edit tickets and their worklog, as well as add additional elements that they are requesting to pending tickets. -If a request is "urgent", I need some sort of way to show that those are urgent and stick out from the rest. -This is all I can think of for now.
