Assist me with Bulk Marketing

Need thorough, detail oriented person to execute repeated tasks. Project includes hourly salary for executing the following procedure to send one batch: 1. Sign in to gmail (account info provided) 2. Document all unsubscribe responses 3. Open mail merge program (yesware - gmail extension) 4. Download previous campaign excel file 5. Document performance metrics (# bounces, # opens, #clicks) in Google Sheets 6. Remove bounces (use filter function to select bounced messages only and delete rows) 7. Search for and remove unsubscribe requests (use search function to search for name or email) 8. Save new campaign list 9. Create new mail merge, use template already loaded 10. Upload new campaign list and send (or schedule to send) 11. Repeat Estimated time to complete: 10 min Estimated batches per hour: 5-6 When providing bid, include total project cost for a 4 day trial, 50 batches per day = estimated 32 hours of work. Bid will be selected based on the following: 1. Ability to converse in English (at least 1 point person for project) 2. Cost (Target cost for 32 hour trial is $100-150, however lower or higher will be considered) 3. Experience For your proposal to be considered, it must include the ALL of the following information: 1. Your name 2. Your email, phone # and skype name (or google hangouts account) 3. Your country and timezone 4. Your total cost for 32 hour trial project 5. Your familiarity with Gmail Mail Merge (if any) 6. Your familiarity with Yesware (if any) 7. Your familiarity with basic Excel function (if any) 8. Your experience with other Gmail Mail Merge applications (i.e., YAMM)** 9. Your experience with other bulk mailing services and options 10. Your availability for a brief 15 min interview on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (10/18-10/20) After selection: We will demonstrate the required steps, live through screen share, until you are familiar with them, and then you will repeat 1 to show mastery of process. After test batch is successful, we will repeat daily for 50 batches (8-10 hours). If successful marketing campaign, we may quickly scale to 100+ batches per day (multiple people, 8-10 hours per day) **Note: yesware has a maximum of 200 sends per cycle, but also provides open and click tracking. Open to alternative mail merge services with larger send limits per cycle => may reduce number of daily cycles needed and extend project timeline. If you have expertise, please provide alternative recommendations.
