If AirBnB is the leader in the home sharing hospitality service, they then must have already had a good pricing strategy in place. Why then will they look to get a perspective on a different pricing strategy? 1. Do the descriptive analytics of what the current pricing strategy looks like and present it in powerpoint presentation. 2. NYC data contain data for all 5 boroughs. Do an analysis for pricing by borough/neighborhood with Clustering and segmentation analysis. Show the work in R and present the results in Powerpoint presentation. (Show which borough offers pricing as overpriced/underpriced.) 3. Need to do regression analysis using R or anyother tool to find which variables have the most weight in predicting the price and whether the price of the property is under priced or over priced. (I highly recommend this to be done by Neighbourhood as the relationship and features may vary in different areas). 4. Display the results of these variables and price on Tableau or Power BI.
