Budget for project is 30$-50$ It's an interviewing, private breakfast and coffee connection scheduling tool. This for a career fair. In the career fair we have Companies and Participants. During the career fair, Participant have the time to pitch themselves for interviews, coffee connection and private breakfast. Following which the companies will share three lists. 1. Participants they want to interview, and the time for each interview, which can vary from participant to participant. 2. Submit a preference list for coffee connection, possible they submit more candidate than they can invite to be there for their coffee connection. The list is from high preference to low preference. 3. Submit a list of participants for their private breakfast in order of their preference. There is additionally a database where participant submit their preference of companies for each event i.e. interview, coffee connection, private breakfast. Aim of this tool is to schedule interviews, private breakfasts and coffee connections. Things to note: - All three events happen at different times. __________Coffee Connection______________ - Coffee connection with each participant happens at the same time. For eg. 18 companies invite 5 participant each. Thus, no participant can have 2 coffee connection. Tool will aim to look at the preferences of participant and preference of companies to match them with the correct company. For eg. Tom was selected for a coffee connection by companies A (Company Preference 1, Tom Preference 1), B(Company Preference 1, Tom Preference 2), C (Company Preference 3, Tom Preference 3), Tool will aim to match Tom with Company A since Tom is company A highest preference and Tom's highest preference for a company is A. - Number of companies conducting a coffee connection is an input - Companies conducting a coffee connection is also an input - number of participants being invited for a coffee connection by each company varies from company to company. ___________Private Breakfast_______________ - Private breakfast happens at the same time similar to coffee connection - Number of companies conducting a private breakfast is an input - Companies conducting a private breakfast is also an input - number of participants being invited for private breakfast is also an input _____________Interviews__________________ - Interviews happen in time slots and are on an individual basis, thus a participant can have multiple interviews - Times for interviews is an input (eg: Interviews can be conducted from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, a break from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm) - Times the each company wants to interview each participant is an input (eg: Company A can chose to interview Tom for 30 minus, Harry for 45 minutes and Jane for 60 minutes) - Break time between each interview varies and is also an input for each company - Participants, the company chooses to interview is an input - Preference of participants is also an input (for eg: Tom has been asked to be interview by 12 companies for 60 minutes each, time dedicate to interview is only 8 hours, which means Tom can only attend 8 out of 12 interviews, so to avoid such clashes, there is this input) In the end the tool will generate a sheet with interview schedule, also generate a list for coffee connection and private breakfast.
