Create Office weekly TIme Sheet (VB winform and Access database)

Can start this project Now. Please find the below instruction and file. Basic background:- I have a manual Time sheet in excel, which is filled weekly by team of 11 members individually and sent to me for further approval. And then I require checking each of them, and copy paste the data in separate excel sheet for final report. Requirement:- a very friendly user-interface front end interface with VB Winform and Backend Access database can be stored somewhere on company local drive, that includes login (employees will only be able to see and update their own records), and an easily expandable application, provide the administrator with his own front-end interface In which I can add fields to the form(if possible). This interface will enable the administrator to access the database and integrate multiple time sheets with a few clicks. I will be able to print out the required reports and lock time sheets to prevent further updates once approved. Access would also allow for multiple users to use the application simultaneously. There will NOT be multiple databases; it is only one that employees can reach through their front end application. For each week entry, individual have option to update their previous entered data in case if they missed something or updating the entry , each one of them will be able to add/edit his own TimeSheet . Need Employee ID and Name as compulsory or will auto fill when employee logged in. The report should be generated without duplicate entries. Back end should be secure with restricted access to myself or the person i wants to add. There are some validations and auto calculations require with form or excel sheet. Like- option to select normal day/public holiday, Day shift/afternoon shift, When normal day selected and worked time entered - after ordinary hours 7.60 hrs ( formula is provided in excel sheet) , it auto fill overtime hours if worked hours more than 7.60hrs First 3hrs overtime filled in overtime x1.5 and rest will go to overtimex2. If public holiday selected all the no. of hours worked will be goes to back end data as public holiday X2.5, If afternoon shift is selected, the loading will be 15% for all the hours if shift finished after 7pm. and few bits and pieces as we build it. If you can make front end look similar or better then excel sheet, that will be good. Anything you think will easy my task and employees as well can be added, In addition if you can please provide me with all the Files, design and coding and a bit run down to tweak few things in form and database. Should be able to do few minor updates on this at least for 1 week, don't worry won't be asking much as this is just simple entry and report generation thing.
