Held Senior Phlebotomist and Lab assistant position. While contracted with Patton State Hospital of the criminally insane was assigned as the primary Phlebotomist at the facility. Later organized draw stations and assisted in the set up of different facilities. Job duties included data entry, customer service, quality assurance, problems resolution and helped train and guide others in proper laboratory procedures. A wide range of other duties such as answering phones, checking for results, assisting in laboratory testing, inventory, proficiency testing, drawing patients taking drop offs, and even sales and marketing for new accounts were among other responsibilities.
