Data Entry Clerk

Our company is currently seeking a data entry clerk/office assistant who will report directly to the Senior Executive Assistant to the COO. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and have excellent communication skills across all levels. If you have worked in a fast paced office in the past and you enjoy organization and multi-tasking, then I'm excited to talk to you! I am looking for someone who can operate effectively and diligently with little to no supervision, and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed and in a timely manner. This person will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the SEA, and will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering phones, to maintaining smooth office operations on a day to day basis. Must be reliable, hard working, and maintain a level of professionalism and high moral at all times. Professional attire to semi-professional attire/appearance expected. Desired skills include interpersonal communication skills, typing skills of at least 60-9 wpm, Outlook, Office 365, positive attitude and remembering that you are working in a corporate environment that requires the highest level of confidentiality and moral.
