Excel "Callan Chart" automation

I want to make something similar to the attached "Callan Chart" which can automatically update when I insert new values for the Year-To-Date figure. Values on sheet 1 I will auto-populate (I will have no problem doing that)......then I reference those values on "sheet 2" and run a macro to sort highest to lowest. The problem I have is that I do not see how I can include the appropriate headings in each cell on the chart like the attached "Callan Chart" has while still having a way to sort.
