Excel Expert to program Private investment tracking, reporting and trending

I have started but over my head to develop an easy to use and update tracking ledger that for private equity investments that can track balances and report out per IRR using XIRR, support updates and new investments and toggle off but retain data on closed investments. This is NOT stock tracking this in Private equity investing. I have included some spreadsheet work and a sample of my NON Integrated way I track today but need it all in an integrated ledger and need summary reporting and trending etc as outlined on the Spec tab. This spreadsheet should provide for a Ledger of both active and closed investments Track each investment with non routine periodic updates for New capital invested, capital returned, dividends returned, dividends reinvested and Updated Investment NAV value Report balances by Each investment By investment class By investment Type By investment entity report IRR on each investment using Excel XIRR function for Each investment Investment Class Investment Type Investment entity Provide weighted value of each investment to portfolio and weighted value of class to portfolio and type to portfolio with pie chart graphics Trend graphs and tables for Balances and IRR for Each investment Investment category Investment Type Produce individual investment reports and summary investment reports Be able to toggle active investment only or closed investments only or both Dashboard for reporting Data entry updating and loading new investments and monthly status must be user friendly for NON excel user
