Export SOLD data from Zillow into Excel Spreadsheet

Create Sold homes databases for entire states in an Excel CSV by exporting 'recently sold' Data from Zillow On Zillow you can have a view of 1.4m sold properties in California --> task is how to get all the key data from these properties into an Excel (multiple excel files). 1. Create databases by state for all recently sold properties on Zillow 2. Create macro (or R script) to have this as an automated 'refresh' monthly for newly sold properities to be added to the database e.g. searching california = 1.4m properties [login to view URL],-109.456788,31.372399,-129.144288_rect/5_zm/ One home example: [login to view URL] Below is a list of what I'd like to have in the database, following all the entries that go into the sold homes listing.
