fix google sheets script for me right now - i need in now

i have a script that creates spreadsheets based on tab names, and copies each tab to its new spreadsheet but i need it modified -- it needs to create spreadsheets based on the value of a column - a new spreadsheet for each new value - then copy the rows that contain that value into the new spreadsheet. i know you can do this in about 10 minutes so first one to guarantee me that gets the job
