This project requires a program/software/ to extract data from GPS data, (CSV File or dxf file) and create as built information based off all of the data. The final product needs to be capable of being imported into Autocad. Open to ideas on how this can be accomplished. Files contain before and after of what we create manually at the moment from measuring individual points on different axis.
