Help with Excel

I would like some minor formatting of a project management excel spreadsheet and some help to auto-generate a report from data. Task 1: I want the MMV timeline sheet to 'read' information from the corresponding data input sheet (in yellow). Where there is no value I want the cell to be blank and not contain a 0 value. Complete the formatting for the Samford site as an example (rows 9-18 in MMV timeline sheet) Task 2: I want a 'monthly report' to be auto-generated similar to the table currently in sheet entitled "monthly report Feb 21'. I will need a macro that generates a report like this each month containing data from sheet "MMV timeline" using columns B for site name and C for the theme and then the corresponding activity from the corresponding month. I don't want the information to appear in the summary table if there is no activity inputting under the timeline. Include 'button' to press to generate the report.
