Implement needed functions into my GoogleSheet

I have a GoogleSheet were I evaluate projects based, on data ranges from 15 weighted categories, on a scale of 0-100 score. Each category has a different value for example: Category 1 (0-12 points) $0-$100 = 0 points $100-$200 = 8 points $100-$200 = 10 points $200+ = 12 points Category 2 (0-8 points) NO = 0 points YES = 8 points Category 3 (0-5 points) 0%-10% = 0 points 10%-20% = 3 points 20%+ = 5 points The overall score needs to be added up into a column based on the score the project receives in the different categories. I have formatted and displayed all the different categories and have mapped out each possible data ranges value for you. I need you to create and implement the required functions to make the spreadsheet functional.
