import pdf phonebill to EXCEL OR SQL

We would like to have our PDF phone bills converted to Excel I have attached as zip file a copy of the phone bill (PDF) from the Carrier Claro along with their bill in txt delimited which I imported into excel to serve as example. The first few lines of the imported file serve as "header" with general information and then line 19 I use as the filter and it has all the information about each specific service (column B) and each sub service (column N) that we need to collect the information for. What I need is the PDF bill From VIVO to be converted/imported into excel format so that i has a similar layout to the Claro phone bills in the zip file. The ideal project for us is if it is in .NET C# we need to receive the Source code so that if things change in the pdf layout we can alter the code to make sure that it continues to parse/import correctly. thanks Marcio The ideal way to confirm that you can win the contest is convert any one of the examples of the phone bills from vivo (the files in pdf with name 2017.xx.xx...) and send me the converted file in excel format. If it has been imported with the correct columns we will send you a few more files to convert to make sure all are correct and then we can award the project. PLEASE SEND ONE OF THE FILES ALREADY CONVERTED SO THAT WE KNOW IT WAS IMPORTED CORRECTLY.
