Hello This is a problem that requires some careful construction of word nested merge functions, unlike excel where AND/OR functions can be used. One caveat with word is there is a physical limit on the nestings/length of merge commands, althogh I do not see a problem with this with the number in your example requirements doc Message me if you'd like me to create this function for you with the target word version (min supported 97/2003 up to 2016) Regards Alan Sheppard
