My name is Stephen Olubakin. I have been an Executive Assistant with over 14 years of experience. Also, I have had opportunities to manage C-level management staff, their office, activities, and staff.
I was also an Office Manager for about 3 years before becoming an Executive Assistant. I have a Masters degree (M.Sc.) in Biochemistry and Nutrition, a Certification in Project Management (PRINCE2), Finance for Non-Finance Managers and a Bachelors in Biological Sciences. I have also had some MBA classes to enhance my understanding of Business Processes and Management.
I am competently skilled in different types of office and communication tools such as in the use of Skype, Google tools, Office 365, Dropbox, Office for IOS, Icontact, etc. I have other related working experiences as a Project Manager and Business Developer/Analyst.
