Remove some entries from spreadsheet to create a second spreadsheet

I have an excel spreadsheet with 59 entries and I need 11 of the entries to be removed and added to a new spreadsheet. Each entry has 13 columns of data, and some have more than one row of data. Each entry is separated by the yellow lines. The new spreadsheet should keep the same columns. On the old spreadsheet, there should not be empty space where the entries were removed. Delete the empty space and move the next entries up. Make sure to fix the formatting.
These are the entries that need to be in a new spreadsheet. They are listed in the "Common Name" column.
-Broccoli
-Cabbage
-Carrot
-Celery
-Green Bell Pepper
-Leek
-Lycii Berry
-Orange bitter/sweet
-Red Bell Pepper
-Spinach
-Tomato
Make sure to copy the data from the other columns for each entry. "Country of Origin", "Jan, Feb March, etc."
At the end, there should be two separate xls files. Also, please export each spreadsheet as an image (jpg, or png) and an html file.
