Marketing agency is looking for a talented online researcher who can take our spreadsheet of coming events and compile the data requested Steps 1) Click on the spreadsheet (will be provided to the person we hire) 2) Copy an event, search that event in Google 3) Visit their website and look for pages where members of the team are listed. Example: *About Us *Event Name *Staff 4) Look for titles like: *Event Planner *Event Manager *Meetings Manager *Director, Meetings & Convention Services *Director, Education Engagement *President 5) Don't see their name? If you don't see the right names, go to [login to view URL], copy the event or association's name into the LinkedIn search bar and look for employee names for the titles above. 6) Then to locate their email address, Google their name with the @ sign, the word "contact" and their [login to view URL] or .org ending and Google should give you their email address. See below. 7) We will need email addresses and phone numbers for each person. Please limit your list to 5 people per event. If the names are high quality and the info is thorough, I might have you do this each week.
