Super Simple Database Parse Query

I have a database of insurance companies. Each record (row) has multiple insurance companies separated by a comma. I need a standardized database where each unique insurance company name occupies a single row. I had a colleague who created a quick macro that scans through records like this and builds a unique table. I lost the macro. Someone who is familiar with Excel can do this in 5 minutes. Attached is the Excel file. The first worksheet has the raw database. The second worksheet has the desired output, with the first 2 records parsed. If you have questions, you do not understand the project.
