Time sheet logs payroll

Hi, I look after a small construction company payroll. they have a system where employees can login and out. i pull a weekly report from that system in to excel. I manually change the hours. what i want it to have 2 tabs, one which i just pull the report from the system and copy and past in that tab as data tab. The other tab need to summarise the data in to the specific employee and the days they have worked and hours. I need the employee user ID, project name and employee names going down the column, i want the dates they have worked going across with a total hours worked at the end. shift start from 08:00 and finish 18:00 they employees will get paid for working until 20:00 if they clocked out that late. anyone clocking in before 08:00 will not be counted. weekend is any hours times 1.5. i have attached a sample but i can't get the data to come through.
