Trending and insight analysis

Looking for an expert trend analyst to get some insights to create a report for a customer. Preferably with some references in offline retail analytics. We provide following anonymized data for 100-200 stores (divided in the north and south of the country): [a] Weather (by day), people entering a shop, people exiting a shop (by the hour) [b] For a small amount of shops, we add outside (street) counting to that mix (by the hour) [c] For one specific shop we have full mapping of anonymized movements (aggregated as heatmap and zone movement counts) This data can be provided in aggregated view (web-based statistics) or raw data (csv export). We are looking for following insights; [a+b] - Best performing shops (both in total, by burst or by average day distribution), shops showing a positive/negative trend over time (e.g. 3 months), shops showing abnormal trends - Correlations between traffic and weather or geographic location (north/south) (some shops are in shopping malls, so weather could have different impact depending on location) [c] - Behavior analytics in correlation to the ground plan. Blocking points. Points of interest. Zones with (too much) density over averga week distribution (weekend vs week, ...) Suggestions regarding shop layout. We are aiming at a X (5) page report The report should include visualization of these conclusions (preferably Tableau based)
