URGENT: Excel 2016 Function or Formula

I need this right now, so if you want to apply please consider start working on it immediatelly after awarded. I have 1 Excel 2016 spreadsheet with 3 sheets "source sheet" "Documentation" "expected_results" "Documentation" is my main sheet where i need update information on a weekly basis. "source" is a sheet where I copy updated and/or new information I receive from other department I need a Function, or a Formula that: From "source" sheet, select values from "D" column and compare it with "D" column in "Documentation" sheet. If a value from "source" "D" column is not found in "Documentation" column, then adds it to "expected_results" sheet filling the required information (columns C, D, E, F and G) in that SPECIFIC column order (not the same in "source") The general idea is to get a full list of all the projects not listed in "Documentation" sheet. Full spreadhseet will be provided once the project is awarded.
