1 – Read a file of existing employee IDs 2 – Accept data entry from a user
3 – Write the data to a CSV file
Details
1– Read the file of valid employee IDs. Assume the file could be up to 100 IDs. Store the valid IDs in an array.
2– Accept employee data input from the user in the order below and at a minimum perform the listed validations.
Field
Employee ID Last name First name Hourly pay
Validation
5 characters, first character must be ‘A’, then a 4-digit number. 2 – 15 characters, no numbers
1 – 15 characters, no numbers
a numeric value > 5 and < 100. Accept dollars and cents.
If the user entered ID is not found in the existing IDs array, ask the user if they want to enter a new employee. If they answer yes, continue, otherwise go back to entering another ID.
After all four fields have been collected with valid input, show the user a summary of the data and ask if they want to save it. If they answer yes, append the data to the file. If they answer no, confirm they want to delete that data. In both cases, go back to entering another ID.
Data entry validations should give user-friendly error messages and allow the user to retry.
3 – Write the data to a file titled [login to view URL], with a header row and then a row for each employee. Each field should be separated by a comma ( , ) including the header row. For the hourly pay, save the data with two decimal places.

Hello. First, your project is not really difficult to do, but becasue you have a lot of conditions, it will take a lot of time to write all of the VBA code. So I think you do not have many bidders becasue the price you offer is too low. But I am ready to do it for 3000 rupees, even though that is still a low amount.
I read the proposals from the other bidders, and it looks to me like they did not even have the courtesy to write you a personal bid, but just did copy-paste of the same text that they use on every bid.
