VBA to make the user choose how many points he wants to be calculated

My Project is ready, but I need another sheet exactly like "sheet 2" , however I want to give the user the opportunity to choose how many points he wants for each of the four segments and what method of the eight above the user wants for each of the four segments.
In short, I want to give the user more flexibility rather than a fixed number of points and one method.
Do not delete Sheet 2, just create another one that is more flexible
