I would like to hire an Excel Expert for creating a dash board with graphs

my project is about creating a dashboard that contains 25 storage tanks that I want to track levels in these tanks in a daily, weekly monthly and yearly basis. the weekly, monthly and yearly levels will be based on average levels calculation. the data of tank names and numbers and max levels will be provided by me the only data I have to plug in manualy is the current levels. I want excel to generate bar graphs based on the above data. the tanks will be segregated by family of products and I need to have the option of browsing data and graphs ether by indivisual tanks or by family or by dates or by indivisual tanks. also I want the sheet to show what are tanks that are exceeding high levels on daily weekly and monthly and yearly basis. I want the dashboard to easily be printed if needed.
