I would like to hire an Excel Expert

I work as a public hospital radiologist and report on both private and public patients. Im paid hourly for public work, and need to make a deduction from hours billed each day, depending on time spent on private patients. Every month i get a spreadsheet with the private patients which ive reported on for each day, and i need to total them up, allocating an amount of time based on the complexity of the case (which is in turn based on the amount billed for, using this excel formula: - column K represents the billing value for the specific case: =IF(K64>550,0.5,IF(K64>200,1/6,IF(K64>69,1/12,IF(K64>100,5,1/60)))) Entries for days which i wasnt in the hospital are ignored. I then to produce a spreadsheet, which hopefully i can continually add to, of the hours for each day worked that should be deducted. I will then manually enter this in the hospital billing application. Can you help me create a workflow that will facilitate this? The data arrives in an email with an attached spreadsheet, entitiled [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] . Ive attached an example spreadsheet, with confidential information removed. Steps: Sort by service date Hide dates that i didnt work Apply "multiplier" using that formula Total up the time for each day export the data to a different spreadsheet which will be continally updated. Ive attached the usual spreadsheet that i get given for this month.
