Write me a VBA Script or Powershell

Hi, I'm looking to automate the downloading of timesheets for staff that work for my company. Currently the staff are emailing their timesheets as attachments and the attachments are downloaded using a macro which runs once a week. I would like to go a step further and downlaod these attachments as they come in: I would like the attachments from emails to be saved automatically (pictures e.g PDF, jpeg, png). I would like the name of the attachments to be: the name of the sender** + date of the month + time of day + ascending number. I would like the attachments to be saved automatically to a folder which corresponds to the week number ( Yearly calendar). I’ve done an example below: If I get an email from Anne Jones (Annyj93348@[login to view URL]) on 10th April 2019 at 17:30 with 2 attachments then the program/macro will automatically save the 2 attachments like this: O:\Company Name\Timesheets\Week 15\Anne Jones 1004 1730 [login to view URL] O:\Company Name\Timesheets \Week 15\Anne Jones 1004 1730 [login to view URL] If I get an email from Anne Jones (Annyj93348@[login to view URL]) on 13th September 2019 at 09:22 with 6 attachments then the program/macro will automatically save the 6 attachments like this: O:\Company Name\Timesheets\Week 37\Anne Jones 1309 0922 [login to view URL] O:\Company Name\Timesheets \Week 37\Anne Jones 1309 0922 [login to view URL] O:\Company Name\Timesheets\Week 37\Anne Jones 0504 0922 [login to view URL] O:\Company Name\Timesheets \Week 37\Anne Jones 0504 0922 [login to view URL] O:\Company Name\Timesheets\Week 37\Anne Jones 0504 0922 [login to view URL] O:\Company Name\Timesheets \Week 37\Anne Jones 0504 0922 [login to view URL] **To get the name of the sender, this will be in the outlook contact list
