Build an app with facebook marketing api

I'm looking for someone with facebook's api experience to build an app that are able to send parameter and get an estimate audience reach. I need a form with 4 fields : - field 1 : age min (drop down list) - field 2 : age max (drop down list) - field 3 : gender (drop down list) - field 4 : location (autosuggest input) the field 4 it's really important. I need that my user can write the begin of a country or city or zip code and then have suggest. For example : if i write "PAR", i need to have an autosuggest list with :"Paris - France" / "Paris - Texas - United States". All the field are required and must be send through Facebook api (marketing api ? search api ?) to get the estimate audience reach.
