Build a Volume Pricing Model for a Software

I have a software with many 3rd party services. I want to come up with a pricing model per transaction with volume pricing. I have an old model but its not a good one. i need more professional and accurate one.
Scope:
* Build a pricing model with volumes and tiers
* Add costs for tech support
* Get the pricing for the 3rd party services from their websites.
* The price per transaction should decrease so the client has more incentive to buy more. but it has to make sense financially.
Note: if have never done this specially with cloud based solutions, don't submit a proposal.
