32418 Flash Player

I need a programmer to put together a flash player that plays mp3s and flash games. The player will have a menu selection - mp3, flash games. Once a media type is selected (mp3 or games) the user will be presented a scrollable playlist from which they can make a selection. This playlist will be populated from an xml file provided by my site. Player Requirements: 1. I would like the flash code created with the latest flash edition for ease of component assembly and will assume the .fla (source) once completed. 2. The player should be skinnable Mp3 Player Requirements: 1. Sample Player - [login to view URL] 2. Remember no copyrighted or branded mp3 players wanted. 3. Components as follow: a. graphic loading song progress bar, or streaming progress bar b. functioning real time equalizer c. artist and song title scroller d. volume slide e. volume level meter f. song play time meter g. forward, back, stop, play, repeat same song button(s). Flash Games Player Requirements: 1. Game should be playable within flash player frame. 2. Playlist should have a thumbnail of the game (location of thumb is in xml file) as well as description This is an overall view of what I will need.
