Hello, I am looking for as many exclusive website templates comparable to what you find at templatemonster as I can get on a limited budget. If you have more than that I would like to choose the ones I want from what you have available. Each template needs to come with a fully coded HTML page, as well as a photoshop PSD file. If any are flash, I would like an editable .txt file for easy flash editing. Forum & game templates are fine too, prefer different types or categories TERMS: Photoshop Templates that must include the source PSD file, the sliced html file, the jpg & psd images and working links on all of them. rollovers ok immediate delivery after payment Rights: FULL MASTER RESELL RIGHTS (you must be the creator of these templates, or own exclusive rights to them) I want original designs from the original creators, and request proof that you did make these templates. You as well need to provide a proof statement page on your server/domain that you declare that you are the original creator of these templates with all your contact information and other relevant information. YOU NEED TO AS WELL DECLARE YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS/VIOLATIONS that should arise with these templates.
