The purpose of tool would be to gather and record data on the following;

evaluation of trainings (pre & post test, evaluation forms)

reporting & evaluation of corpers primary assignment and community service

evaluation of copers and your partners experiences (i.e. end of service surveys)

gather any other data

Key features ; ability to conduct offline surveys, create any number of surveys, max number of responders, analysis and reporting; data trends, filter and compare results, word clouds for open ended questions etc.
