Android and Ios game Treasure Hunting

We would like to develop a fun game around the theme of treasure hunting for IOS or Android. We have some ideas but will be open to developers proposals for the game as well. The game will be map based and use real-world coordinates to guide users to find treasures using clues. This is also known as a "scavenger hunt" where it takes group cooperation (peer communication) to find the treasure. If you have experience developing games in the "treasure hunting" genre please let me know.
The freelancer should have past experience starting a game from scratch and launching it on the app store or google play. Please send info or screen shots of games you have developed in the past.
