Ghostwriter required for murder/mystery computer game set at Bondi beach in Australia

I am creating a storyline based computer game set at the beautiful location of Bondi beach in Australia. The story follows a team of lifeguards who have decided to investigate a suspicious death at the beach.
The game will be split over 12 episodes, the aim is to release one episode per month over a 12 month period.
I have the game scene set up (all the buildings, the characters, the UI etc) and have a full screenplay script written by myself for the 12 episodes but I don't feel the writing is good enough.
The issues as I see them are as follows:
1) I haven't worked through the details of the crime scene fully
2) I need many potential scenarios for the crime to be written. I have written a number of scenarios but they all need fleshing out and a lot of improvement. I can come up with ideas but I'm not a natural storyteller. Also I haven't focussed enough on the detail required to make it a convincing murder-mystery.
3) I'm planning on having an 'Evidence board' where the player can match up the evidence (people, places, items, news stories, other information). So this all needs to be worked through and fed into the storyline.
This piece of work is for Episode 1 which has 5 scenes, one of which is discovering the body. Each of the scenes is like a 5 minute video. I need each of these 5 scenes to be rewritten as well as the potential scenarios for the murder (which will feed into the potential evidence at the scene and things discovered in other scenes). I also need some thought to be put into the whole storyline over all 12 of the episodes - comments on my script will be fine for this. Only Episode 1 needs to be fully written at this stage.
It is probably a 15+ rated game. There are themes of: death, drugs and humour of an adult nature. Nothing too graphic though. No nudity, no swearing etc.
I will need a non-disclosure agreement to be signed before providing you with any further information.
