Revise a half-written screenplay and help me write the rest.

I have a screenplay that was half written by an unofficially hired screenwriter before me and him had a falling out. He doesn't want me to use any of his dialogue or lyrics in it. But the script is actually really good if it would just need some changes made here and there. It is a G-rated Family/Fantasy script and so far it is 53 pages long. The length I think it should be when completed is 90 pages. I only have the document of it available in PDF format. I am looking for a good screenwriter who can revise most of the dialogue and some of the scenes for me as I can't do so very well on my own. I am also looking for someone who is willing to work for the lowest fees as I live off a very fixed budget and can't afford much. This screenplay is for the first movie in an ongoing series and I have extra material with me to help including character bios and a series bible. It is titled "The Incredible Tale of Mr. Wogglebug." It is about a wise Professor who creates a new insect called a Wogglebug and educates and magnifies him to human size and then the Wogglebug saves the village they live in from a terrible fate.
