What I need from you, on a Google sheet, is to enter the data from each email. Please make sure the Google sheet is shareable via link. It is very important that you do not mix up the order numbers/tracking and email accounts.
On the Google sheet, label each column as follows:
-Gmail email account,
-Order number
-Item that was sold by name
-Price and credit card number if applicable
-Tracking number -Y or N under Delivery Status.
Part II
Once all the information is inputted into a google sheet, and I will provide a few examples, you MUST look to see if the tracking numbers for each item show as delivered or not.
Part III
The tracking number will be item specific, so if two items in the same email have the same tracking number, they are being delivered together. On another tab, once you finish organizing and checking the data from EACH gmail account and the orders that accompany them I need a list of how many of each items are missing in total, this can be called the breakdown tab. The third tab will have the order numbers by gmail account. Together by order number in numerical order please, it is necessary when I call to make a claim it is all prepared and in front of me.
