Execute Sonar Qube analysis with every PR on Git Repository

Skills Required : GIT, Jenkins , Sonar Qube

I'm trying to execute sonarqube analysis when any PR is made on a GIT repository . I have made the integration and it is triggering jenkins builds when PR is made on GIT but i don't see proper sonar qube analysis on the server. I assume it is mismatch in configuration. I'm basically trying to do something like this : [url removed, login to view] . Help from some body experienced on this would be great.
