Good day, Sir! I have used Google Tag Manager a lot to embed custom javascript code to get form fields and pass them to the dataLayer after submission then pass those value to Google Analytics. Heads up though that the best way to do it and how the data would reflect on Google Analytics might not be what you think. It would look something like this: "Gender: Male, Nationality: American, Age: 21, Post Code: 111" stored under Event Label. This is good if you want to see all fields in just one row instead of looking at separate custom dimensions, or if you want the data under Custom dimensions, that's fine too. And yes, it's possible to get the age out of the value returned by the user's birth date. If I'm right, you have this data available: Plan purchased (there are only three kinds) Gender (title) Nationality Date of birth (converted to Age if possible) Post code If yes, I can send it to analytics over gtm data layer. Age calculation is possible. I'm working with Google Tag Manager every day, I'm Analytics Certified.

I've done this type of dataLayer push's and captured the data in GTM before. The data should be a lot easier to capture if the user is logged in like you said
