Basic configurations of Remote Machines

Hi, I need 30 remote cloud Windows machines in Google Cloud in which Chrome is installed. Freelancer should creat the machines in Google Cloud and download Chrome to the machines. By default Internet Explorer is present in the machines and it does not allow to download anything. What I expect is to enable Internet explorer to downlod and install chrome to each machine. Each machine creation and installation takes around 8 minutes so I am expecting the delivery in 240 minutes i.e. 4 hours for 30 machines.
