Need to create a google sheet automation that converts our "current spreadsheet" we create each week. We want to be able to load our list onto one tab, each week, and have the next tab automatically convert it to the correct format (Macro?) .
Our sheet currently lists each vendor, and only one item/quantity is listed on each row. We need to combine the items/quantities under each vendor in one cell. Then we will use those fields to send an email to each vendor. Right now, the way it's set up, each email would only list one item and vendors will get multiple emails.

Hi,
I have done this type of work so many times and if you like I would suggest you to go for Access + VBA(Macro) based App which will save your whole data at one place, more secured any time may get desired customized reports on one click instead of going through multiple Sheets.
Suggested App will upload data into Access Database, merge them and give output report in Excel/ PDF format, ready to email your vendor.
If you like I may create one demo app for you then you ma decide what to do next.
Hope this will make more better standard way to manage data.
