Android game/tutorial add on to existing app.

I need to do an add on to an existing app that I have. It's a tutorial of how to tell time, left side has a digital clock and right side have an analog clock. there are four section of this tutorial, user can use touch function on the analog clock to solve time display in the digital clock and vice versa. Programmer needs to design the analog&didgital clock similar to the picture in the mockflow attached thanks.
