Simple WordPress blog completion project

WordPress blog completion project for non commercial no profit organization I have a multi level Word Press Blog template up and running with forum and basic survey mods I need someone to make customization and upload raw content and publish under newly created / customized categories. Scope of work include: 1. Build a knowledge base repository of reference material provided in the form of: a. Articles copied from web for republishing [ Copy past text] b. PDF files content 2. Make modification to generic Word press template layout and page heading changes as directed by Designer 3. Copy 1000 forum posts provide in Excel file onto website forum section Other customization, configuration and mod install activities is expected to come up during the project. You will be required provide cost estimates for each variation of work. Providing a rough estimate in your tender for this work would be an advantage. Variation activities may include 4. Installation of new Plug-ins as directed. I.e. PayPal 5. Adding additional pages or section in template 6.
