I want to find an artist/designer who can become part of my team as I launch a very large and, hopefully, successful Zazzle business. These designs will be large in number to start. In time, once the initial designs are launched, the requirements will slow some and I envision a few a day to continue for some time. There will be different categories, Babies, Seniors, Funny, etc. These will ALL be unique and very original in copy...and, hopefully, in design.
I want to start slowly to make sure the artist/designer is perfect for what we need, and that we like working together. I am open to how to structure the pay once I have chosen the artist. For the first few I will pay at a fixed price. Accuracy, speed and, most of all, good communication is essential to me. I expect whomever I hire to do what they say they will. You word is very important to me, as is my word to you.
